Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellations
Due to the difficulty of filling last-minute cancellations, we respectfully request 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend.
If this request is not fulfilled, it will be necessary to charge a $50 fee for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations.
Please understand that we consider this a last resort, with the real motivating factor being our concern for the quality of service we are able to provide to you, and to our other valued patients.
Multiple Booking
Multiple person bookings and multiple service booking (3 or more services) may require a credit card to be placed on file to book the appointments.
Your credit card will be charged if your appointment is canceled within 24 hours prior to the
scheduled appointment. This includes late or no-show appointments
